Rezanci so narejeni iz kombinacije riževe in tapiokine moke. Uporabimo jih lahko v različnih jedeh iz voka ali juhah. Iz njih lahko pripravimo tudi odlične solate ali pa jih uporabimo namesto običajnih testenin v kombinaciji s klasičnimi omakami. PRIPRAVA: Zavremo vodo in rezance kuhamo 3-5 minut. Odcedimo in speremo pod hladno vodo. Uporabimo.
