Mešanica moke za pripravo cvrtih azijskih jedi. (Tempurako, Tempura flour) PRIPRAVA: Vsebino vrečke raztopimo v skodelici (240 ml) hladne vode. Pripravimo 500 g kozic z neodstranjenimi repki. V ponvi segrejemo zadostno količino rastlinskega olja na srednje visoko temperaturo (175°C). Kozice primemo za repek, jih pomočimo v maso in takoj damo v vroče olje. Cvremo, dokler se ne zapečejo zlatorjavo.
