All women are cordially invited to an event called "date for women", which will be 11. March at 17.00 at the Youth Cultural Center Ljutomer.
We will give lectures on the topic of the menstrual cycle, menopause and urinary incontinence, during which there will be a short workout and a demonstration of breast self-examination on a model. At the end of the event, there will be time to talk over snacks and a cup of tea.
With you will be a nurse, a psychologist and a physiotherapist from the ZD Ljutomer Health Promotion Center and guests from Simps's medical devices company.

Vse ženske vljudno vabimo na dogodek imenovan »Zmenek za ženske«, ki bo 11. marca ob 17.00 v Mladinsko kulturnem centru Ljutomer.
Imeli bomo predavanja na temo menstrualnega cikla, menopavze in urinske inkontinence, med katerimi bo kratka vadba in prikaz samopregledovanja dojk na modelu. Ob koncu dogodka bo čas za pogovor ob prigrizkih in skodelici čaja.
