This year's lecture cycle guide to the humanities, which focuses on work issues, is opened with a lecture by Jakob Ribic, a member of the UL AGRFT research group. Before the cultural holiday, on the occasion of the translation of Bertolt Brecht's fundamental writings just published, he reflects on work and culture. In doing so, he starts from Brecht's thought that the world can be changed by those who are not satisfied with it, and follows his faith in the Emancipation potential of the working class and the theater. The lecture is accompanied by a short introduction by Miha Blazic.

Letošnji cikel predavanj Vodnik po humanistiki, ki se posveča vprašanjem dela, odpiramo s predavanjem član raziskovalne skupine UL AGRFT Jakoba Ribiča. Pred kulturnim praznikom ob pravkar izdanem prevodu temeljnih spisov Bertolta Brechta razmišlja o delu in kulturi. Pri tem izhaja iz Brechtove misli, da svet lahko spremenijo tisti, ki z njim niso zadovoljni, in sledi njegovi veri v emancipacijski potencial delavskega razreda ter gledališča. Predavanje pospremi kratek uvod Mihe Blažiča.
