What do you do when the state does not allow you to give the child the name you want to give him? You give up? Are you suing her? Are you moving to another country? Are you working to change the law? Are you waiting for better times?
K ALCHH is an example that arises from the real situation of a child whose parents want to give him a name that they are sure will be a good travel and accompaniment in his life. They do not even dream of imagining what bizarre complications the bureaucracies of the three countries in which K ALKH is registered as a citizen will lead them to. In Germany, which considers itself the rule of law par E fakcellence, an administrative apparatus thoroughly imbued with the protection of the national narrative, plays up its own law and does not allow parents to name the child as they wish. "If you think we are working against the law, sue us!"In Croatia, they mistakenly change the name to the wrong person. In Slovenia, an individual's name is changed against his will.
The motives of State arbitrariness are different and elastic. The performance is an insight into various strategies of artistic and civil disobedience, as well as subtle tactics that lead to the final goal by getting to know the administrative apparatus. In the case of K ALCHH, this is the name that the parents wanted to assign to the child. Which in the end they succeeded.

V Sloveniji posamezniku spremenijo ime proti njegovi volji.
Motivi državne samovolje so različni in elastični.
