What is lobbying? Who can lobby? When is it a lobbying contact and who has to report on it? And when is reporting not necessary?
We will answer such questions at this time's Urban Forum, where we will look through concrete examples, how to recognize a lobbying contact, how to act in different situations, and when reporting on it is mandatory and when not.
The event is intended for representatives of municipalities, public institutions and NGOs, as well as the general public interested in open, legal and transparent cooperation at the local level.
The event takes place within the framework of transparency days 2026 , which CNVOS, together with local partners and in cooperation with the commission for the Prevention of corruption and the Office of the Republic of Slovenia for the Prevention of money laundering, is preparing med 14. and 23. October 2026.

Kaj je lobiranje? Kdo lahko lobira? Kdaj gre za lobistični stik in kdo mora o njem poročati? In kdaj poročanje ni potrebno?
Na tovrstna vprašanja bomo odgovorili na tokratnem Urbanem FORUMU, kjer bomo skozi konkretne primere pogledali, kako prepoznati lobistični stik, kako ravnati v različnih situacijah ter kdaj je poročanje o njem obvezno in kdaj ne.
Dogodek je namenjen predstavnikom občin, javnih zavodov in nevladnih organizacij ter širši javnosti, ki jo zanima odprto, zakonito in transparentno sodelovanje na lokalni ravni.
Dogodek poteka v okviru Dnevov transparentnosti 2026 , ki jih CNVOS skupaj z lokalnimi partnerji ter v sodelovanju s Komisijo za preprečevanje korupcije in Uradom RS za preprečevanje pranja denarja pripravlja med 14. in 23. oktobrom 2026.
