What traces are imprinted in our body and how are they dispersed or recorded? When we walk on the ground, the contours of our feet are imprinted in the ground. Sometimes the image is quickly blurred because it is flooded with water, sometimes the wind scatters the grass or blows into the sand and mild traces remain. Our body is created to connect into a whole and is able to relax in ways to heal ourselves, let go of tensions and pains, leave past States and connect comfortably, relaxed and lovingly.

Katere sledi se odtiskujejo v naše telo in kako jih razpršimo ali zabeležimo? Ko hodimo po tleh, se v tla vtiskujejo obrisi naših stopal. Včasih se podoba hitro zabriše, ker jo zalije voda, včasih veter razprši travo ali pa popiha v mivko in ostanejo blage sledi. Naše telo je ustvarjeno, da se poveže v celoto in se je sposobno sprostiti na načine, da se pozdravimo, opustimo napetosti in bolečine, zapustimo pretekla stanja in se povežemo udobno, sproščeno in ljubeče.
