I chose works that remind me of the past. Content and / or aesthetic. It is a difficult feeling to explain, which I also do not know what exactly in the work evokes it. Perhaps the colors, the sound, the story ... quite by accident and inexplicably, some nostalgia creeps in, as if I am a joyful thirteen-year-old again. It is this carelessness, relaxation and humor that my chosen works instill in me. They always surprise me and make me laugh, calm me down in tense times and remind me of some better days. But time may not be so long.

Vita Animteisseisen is a visual artist, former member of the Podmladek collective, graduated sculptor at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design, University of Ljubljana. Her works are intimate confessions in which she intuitively combines and connects popular culture references, ironic commentary and documented personal experiences. He works mainly in the field of drawing and video. She says of her works that they jump from topic to topic and act as a kind of reminders or lists that record her feelings, memories and thoughts, linking them to the whole. (Photo: personal archive)

The video theatre is a programme of curated screenings and talks on art, video and film. In the spring-summer period, we step out of the dark cinema and the cold gallery space, into the open air. In cooperation with the Skuc gallery, we are preparing events in their inner courtyard.
Diva station is an online and physical archive developed by SCCA-Ljubljana since 2005 with the aim of researching, documenting, archiving and presenting art film, video and New Media Art.
In case of rain, the projection will be in the gallery.
