The mighty sounds of the Gong are on Sunday, 25. October meets again with intuitive original songs. In common harmony, Aurori and Janja, the Echo Of The Light, take you on an ancient sonic journey where you can release your inner tension and restlessness and stagnant energy - not only through the power of the frequencies of sound, but also by expressing it by voice or movement, if you so desire. You're allowed, and that's why our place in the world of sound baths is unique.
You are kindly invited to join us from 17: 30 to approx. 19.00, in the premises of the Lumina multi-purpose space, in Ljubljana, in Bizovik.
The evening will begin with a gentle but piercing sonorous opening of the room. Gongs, crystal bowls, drums and a subtle vibrating instrument I will gradually relax the body, calm the nervous system and create an inner silence where you can meet your essence again.
This is followed by intuitive voice transmission , which supports processes in the body through the frequencies of the voice and light, source codes, and enables the soft dissolution of old, unsupported structures and anchoring of supporting ones.
This evening she supports you in:
. greater inner calm
. clarity ahead
. harmony and balance
. deeper presence in the moment-
The event is designed as a safe space where your expression is allowed, if you feel that way:
. through the voice
. through the movement
. through feeling.
So if you feel it, you can express your current inner state with your voice, trust your feelings, however else you release the retained energy. Allow your body to be overwhelmed by the vibrations of sound and voice to support your processes.
COURSE OF THE EVENING:
. short guided meditation
. sound journey (gongs, crystal bowls, drums ...)
. intuitive voice transmission (light codes).
WE RUN THE EVENT:
Aurora
A sound artist who, with the sacred sound of the gong and holistic instruments, creates a space of deep relaxation, regeneration and heart opening.
Echo of light-Janja
Through inner knowledge, it intuitively connects to universal structures that at a given moment want to anchor themselves through a voice for you, for the whole group. These frequencies act subtly harmonizing on the body to move away old unsupported structures and give way to more authentic, native ones.
