Access Bars is a technique that allows for deep relaxation without effort and helps to eliminate subconscious barriers in different areas of your life. By touching 32 points on the head, after 15 minutes the brain goes into Theta States (a state of deep relaxation that activates self-healing on a physical and psychological level). Therefore, the technique helps to reduce stress and anxiety, increase calm and attention. It also brings more lightness and joy to our lives. Workshops will be held on Saturdays: 19. 9. , 17. 10., 14. 11. and 19. 12. 2026, from 9.00 to 17.00 in Grabaljsko hall or Malavasic corner.
At the end of the workshop, you get a certificate and can independently conduct therapy on relatives, friends, clients or run bars on yourself. The price of the workshop is 300 times and is the same all over the world. Children aged 12 to 15 can attend the workshop free of charge accompanied by their parents or guardians. Children aged 16-18 pay half price(150/. Every time you attend the workshop again, the price is half the price for you (150 PCs.). Snacks and materials are also included in the workshop price.

Access Bars je tehnika, ki omogoča globoko sprostitev brez truda ter pomaga odpraviti podzavestne ovire na različnih področjih vašega življenja. Z dotikom 32 točk na glavi možgani po 15 minutah preidejo v Theta stanja (stanje globoke sprostitve, ki aktivira samozdravljenje na fizičnem in psihičnem nivoju). Zato tehnika pomaga pri zmanjšanju stresa in tesnobe, večji umirjenosti in pozornosti. V naše življenje prinese tudi več lahkotnosti in radosti. Delavnice bodo ob sobotah: 19. 9. , 17. 10., 14. 11. in 19. 12. 2026, od 9.00 do 17.00 v Grabeljškovi dvorani ali Malavašičevem kotičku.
Na koncu delavnice dobite certifikat in lahko samostojno izvajate terapije na sorodnikih, prijateljih, klientih ali pa si Barse zaganjate na sebi. Cena delavnice je 300 € in je enaka po celem svetu. Otroci, stari od 12 do 15 let, se delavnice lahko udeležijo brezplačno v spremstvu svojih staršev ali skrbnikov. Otroci, stari od 16 do 18 let, plačajo polovično ceno (150 €). Vsakič, ko se delavnice udeležite ponovno, je cena za vas polovična (150 €). V ceno delavnice so vključeni tudi prigrizki in gradivo.
