Children and adolescents need clear boundaries to feel safe, but we often forget that they also have them. The easiest way to learn is by example – when important individuals in their lives know how to stand up for themselves, use the magic word "NO" and try to live in harmony with themselves. Yes, we often have to fight for personal boundaries, which is not easy. This will be the subject of a lecture at the school for parents.
About the lecturer: Nina Babic, uni. graduated psychologist from Maribor, she is always an interesting, sparkling lecturer. She is employed as a school counsellor at Martin Konsak Elementary School in Maribor. In her free time, she is an active volunteer, president of the Association of Friends of youth Maribor and supervisor at TOM telefon for adolescents. The focus of her work is communication with children and adolescents on taboo topics. She is also a certified presenter of the famil Illaklab seminars for parents, adolescents and professionals. He has a lot of personal experience. He believes in what he says.

About the subject: we know a lot about physical limits, about personal a little less. What are boundaries and why are they important? How to meet them, set and consider other people's boundaries in all relationships?
Otroci in mladostniki potrebujejo jasne meje za občutek varnosti, a pogosto pozabimo, da jih tudi imajo. Najlažje se učijo z zgledom – kadar se njim pomembni posamezniki v njihovem življenju znajo postaviti zase, uporabljati čarobno besedico »NE« in se trudijo živeti v skladu s sabo. Ja, pogosto se moramo boriti za osebne meje, kar ni enostavno. Zato bo to tema tokratnega predavanja v šoli za starše.
O predavatelju: Nina Babič, uni. dipl. psihologinja iz Maribora, je vedno zanimiva, iskriva predavateljica. Zaposlena je kot šolska svetovalna delavka na Osnovni šoli Martina Konšaka v Mariboru. V prostem času je aktivna prostovoljka, predsednica Zveze prijateljev mladine Maribor in supervizorka na TOM telefonu za mladostnike. Žarišče njenega dela je komunikacija z otroki in mladostniki o tabu temah. Je tudi certificirana voditeljica Familylabovih seminarjev za starše, mladostnike in strokovne delavce. Ima veliko osebnih izkušenj. Verjame v to, kar govori.
