The period just before the New Moon invites us to stop for a moment. To breathe. To put aside the burdens we no longer need and create space for new sensations, new insights and new possibilities.
On the sound bath, we will indulge in gentle vibrations of healing instruments that support deep relaxation of the body and calm of the mind.
A sound bath can help you with:
