In a tense political thriller that had to be filmed in secret, the family becomes a microcosm of modern Iran. Iman is just getting promoted to investigative judge at the Revolutionary Court when protests break out in the country over the death of a young woman in police custody. At home, his daughters follow the events on the streets, shaken, and his wife desperately tries to keep the peace in the family. When Iman finds out one day that his service gun has gone missing, he begins to become increasingly paranoid.
