In January, I invite you to the Roman spa for a special three – day Retreat of magical women-a weekend of deep regeneration, feminine energy, sensuality, silence, movement, sound and ancient practices, with which we will slowly return back to our body.

The Magic Woman is the one who feels the most. She is the most profound, the most intuitive, the most sensual, the wildest and at the same time the most tender. It carries light and darkness within it. A virgin and a lover. Mother and wise woman. Aphrodite and Mary Magdalene. Holiness and lust. Throughout the three days, we will slowly lead the body and mind from activity to deep rest, regeneration and contact with ourselves.

The Program will be designed in such a way that between the practices there will also be enough space for rest, spa, pampering and time just for yourself. I want you to have enough time for yourself. To wrap yourself in a bathrobe. You go to the thermal water. Take a sauna or massage. You walk. You drink coffee or tea. You chat with other women. Or you don't talk to anyone and just rest. With its history, thermal springs and serene environment, Rimske Terme creates a space where we can really get out of the daily rhythm for a few days.
This is not a weekend after which you will need another weekend to take a break from it. This is a retreat after which you will return home rested, softer, more alive and reconnected with yourself.

Tri dni globokega počitka, čutnosti, ženske energije in vračanja k sebi.
Zima nas kliče k temu, da se ustavimo in da upočasnimo. Se umaknemo iz hrupa zunanjega sveta. Prisluhnemo telesu. Spočijemo živčni sistem in napolnimo svoje rezervoarje energije. Program bo oblikovan tako, da bo med praksami dovolj prostora tudi za počitek, terme, razvajanje in čas samo zase. Želim, da imaš dovolj časa tudi samo zase. Da se zaviješ v kopalni plašč. Greš v termalno vodo. Si privoščiš savno ali masažo. Se sprehodiš. Spiješ kavo ali čaj. Poklepetaš z drugimi ženskami. Ali pa ne govoriš z nikomer in preprosto počivaš. Rimske Terme s svojo zgodovino, termalnimi vrelci in spokojnim okoljem ustvarjajo prostor, kjer lahko za nekaj dni resnično izstopimo iz vsakdanjega ritma.
To ni vikend, po katerem boš potrebovala še en vikend, da si od njega odpočiješ. To je retreat, po katerem se boš domov vrnila spočita, mehkejša, bolj živa in ponovno povezana s seboj.
