Description
A caravan is coming into the city, right between us. We don't know where it comes from or where it goes. But we know that just as carefully as other caravans load the most valuable goods – saffron, salt, tea or chocolate – our searches and cargoes stories. And on his way he finds such for all occasions and needs: a story for a good start, a story that warms you up, a story that comforts you, an exciting story, a story that fulfills desires, a scary story, a story that seeks and ultimately finds a happy and just ending. Four narrators and three lively musicians all around contact behind the stories and weave sounds, images, objects, the audience into the narrative; to get into the story, the whole world is available to them and to us.

The young cast of four (Lina Akif, Dasha Dobersek, Blaz boss, Stane Tomazin) in the role of actors and storytellers takes the viewer on a fairytale journey through the fundamental genres of Svetin's stories and establishes a magical atmosphere. The actors involve the audience in the performance, listen to it, respond to it and give the viewer the feeling that he himself is part of the performance. The varied stage events, accompanied by the musical accompaniment of the Slovenian three-member group Pantaloons, further enliven the spectators. [ ... ] The atmosphere is constantly playful and radiates in intensely expressive colors that change according to the red thread of the story. The dramatic action also extends from the stage into the parterre, where the caravan travels between the seating rows, and the aesthetics of the changing scene are maintained throughout the performance. The performance addresses the inner child in the viewer and arouses curiosity in him. It takes and seduces him on a journey charged with emotions and full of laughter, and also engages him physically and does not allow him from beginning to end to distract from the stage action.

Tuba, saxophone and drums, turban on the head, Kuchma, horns and a fluttering flag announce the arrival of the caravan of stories, which will entertain viewers for a good hour in the narrative-theatrical performance of the Ragged story . [...] The pinnacle of Word Art in the LeT mustache selection is offered by a boss who takes the word game into unsuspected worlds. The accelerated pace of gossip, reminiscent of TV show hosts, includes passing dovetails, jokes, coincidence rhymes, concoctions and stylized smileys. The actor sovereignly demonstrates the ability to rotate the tongue, thereby creating a peculiar game-narrative form, in which the stage event, all its tension and effectiveness arise from speaking.

The stories of Peter Svetina, which the creators take as a substantive starting point of the performance, are booming, somewhat unusual, even bizarre. [...] They are imbued with animism and grotesqueness, unpredictability and an abundance of irony, which makes them exhaustive in creating content for children and youth (namely, the staged version of the text was created in collaboration with the creators of the play). However, the creators do not only use the storytelling at the content level, but the relationship between the stylistic narrative and the happening epic serves as a staging strategy for them. According to the principles of randomness, characters are also composed, which in their unusual, eclectic imagery and with their insanely unbalanced (and therefore funny) character accents act as if they had escaped from some scenario of Anderson's illustrations or specifically from the film The Fall , which, like the staging, addresses the power of storytelling and the creative openness of children's imagination.

In the play for children, stories are intertwined with theater and storytelling accompanied by music. Storytellers establish pleasant cooperation with viewers, lively events. In the full hall there were more than half of the children who did not get bored during the performance, but tensed to expect the next scenes.

The overtones of the ancient, primordial and archaic were heard, and the vocabularical games with euphemisms and novocas, coinage and other extremely witty originally bold linguistic attractions placed the unruly stories in dialogue with the current present. Secrets of wandering stories, heavy and light, intertwined, unfinished and interrupted, which travels in a suitcase of imagination, needs vigilant attention. Namely, innovative provocations are attached to the fairy-tale narrative laws, which challenge the structure of our encoded thought patterns. [...] A very intense performance, tense even in moments of its serenity, also shows the dedication and commitment of the artistic group, which put together the whole through a collection of author's contributions, imaginative comments, movements, gags, sound and musical interventions and other important elements.

V mesto, naravnost med nas, prihaja karavana. Ne vemo, od kod prihaja in kam gre. Vemo pa, da prav tako skrbno, kot druge karavane tovorijo najdragocenejše blago – žafran, sol, čaj ali čokolado –, naša išče in tovori zgodbe. In na svoji poti najde take za vse priložnosti in potrebe: zgodbo za dober začetek, zgodbo, ki te pogreje, zgodbo, ki te potolaži, razburljivo zgodbo, zgodbo, ki izpolnjuje želje, strašljivo zgodbo, zgodbo, ki išče in na koncu najde srečen in pravičen konec. Štirje pripovedovalci in trije živahni glasbeniki vsepovsod stikajo za zgodbami in v pripovedi vpletajo zvoke, slike, predmete, občinstvo; da se znajde v zgodbi, je njim in nam vendar na voljo ves svet.

Mlada igralska zasedba štirih (Lina Akif, Daša Doberšek, Blaž Šef, Stane Tomazin) v vlogi igralcev in pripovedovalcev s svojo karavano gledalca popelje na pravljično potovanje skozi temeljne žanre Svetinovih zgodb in vzpostavi čarobno vzdušje. Igralci publiko vključijo v predstavo, ji prisluhnejo, se nanjo odzivajo in dajejo gledalcu občutek, da je tudi sam del uprizoritve. Razgibano odrsko dogajanje ob glasbeni spremljavi slovenske tričlanske skupine Pantaloons dodatno razživi gledalce. […] Atmosfera je konstanto igriva in izžareva v intenzivno izrazitih barvah, ki se spreminjajo glede na rdečo nit zgodbe. Dramsko dogajanje se z odra razširi tudi v parter, kjer karavana potuje med sedežnimi vrstami, skozi predstavo pa se ohranja estetika spreminjajoče se scene. Predstava nagovarja notranjega otroka v gledalcu in v njem vzbudi radovednost. Popelje in zapelje ga na potovanje, nabito s čustvi in polno smeha, poleg tega pa ga tudi fizično angažira in mu od začetka do konca ne dovoli, da odvrne pozornost od odrskega dogajanja.

Tuba, saksofon in bobni, turban na glavi, kučma, rogovi in plapolajoča zastava naznanijo prihod karavane zgodb, ki bo dobro uro zabavala gledalce v pripovedno-gledališki predstavi Razcufane zgodbe . [...] Vrhunec besedne umetnosti v Izboru za naj brke ponudi Šef, ki besedno igro ponese v neslutene svetove. Pospešen tempo govoričenja, ki spominja na voditelje televizijskih šovov, vključuje mimobežne dovtipe, šale, naključje rime, skovanke in stilizirane smehce. Igralec suvereno razkazuje sposobnosti vrtenja jezika in s tem ustvarja svojevrstno igrano-pripovedno formo, v kateri odrski dogodek, vsa njegova napetost in učinkovitost izhajajo iz govorjenja.

Zgodbe Petra Svetine, ki si jih ustvarjalci jemljejo kot vsebinsko izhodišče uprizoritve, so razcufane, nekoliko nenavadne, celo bizarne. [...] Prežete so z animizmom in grotesknostjo, nepredvidljivostjo ter obilico ironije, kar jih dela izčrpne pri ustvarjanju vsebine za otroke in mladino (uprizoritvena različica besedila je namreč nastala v sodelovanju z ustvarjalci predstave). Pripovedovanja pravljic pa ustvarjalci ne uporabljajo le na vsebinski ravni, temveč jim razmerje med stilsko pripovedjo in dogajalno epiko služi kot uprizoritvena strategija. Po načelih naključnosti so sestavljeni tudi liki, ki v svoji neobičajnosti, eklektični slikovitosti in s svojimi prismuknjeno neuravnoteženimi (in zato hecnimi) karakternimi poudarki delujejo, kot da bi ušli iz kakšnega scenarija Wesa Andersona ali posebej iz filma The Fall , ki podobno kot uprizoritev naslavlja moč pripovedovanja zgodb in kreativno odprtost otroške domišljije.

V predstavi za otroke Razcufane zgodbe se prepletata gledališče in pripovedovanje ob spremljavi glasbe. Pripovedovalci z gledalci vzpostavijo prijetno sodelovanje, živahno dogajanje. V polni dvorani je bilo več kot polovica otrok, ki se med predstavo niso dolgočasili, ampak napeto pričakovali naslednjih prizorov.

Slišali so se prizvoki pradavnega, prvinskega in arhaičnega, vokabular igric z evfemizmi in novoreki, skovankami in drugimi nadvse duhovitimi izvirno drznimi jezikovnimi atrakcijami pa je neukrotljive zgodbe uvrstil tudi v dialog z aktualno sedanjostjo. Skrivnosti tavajočih zgodb, težkih in lahkih, prepletenih, nedokončanih in prekinjenih, ki potuje v kovčku domišljije, potrebuje čuječo pozornost. Na pravljično pripovedne zakonitosti se namreč pripenjajo inovativne provokacije, ki izzivajo ustroj naših zakodiranih mišljenjskih vzorcev. [...] Zelo intenzivna predstava, ki je napeta celo v trenutkih svoje spokojnosti, razkaže tudi predanost in zavzetost umetniške skupine, ki je celoto sestavljala z zbirom avtorskih prispevkov, domislic komentarjev, gibov, gegov, zvokovnih in glasbenih intervenc ter drugih pomembnih elementov.
