Story
Director Ale and actor Ale video have had enough of their marriage after 14 years. Being adults, mature people, they decide on a friendly and amicable breakup, which they even plan to celebrate with a party to which they invite amazed friends and bewildered family members, as well as an apartment owner, a plumber and even an English teacher. Why not celebrate breakups just as – if not more-pumpkin as the beginnings of a relationship? But it turns out that even such an amicable breakup cannot remain completely painless.
Author's statement
"Each of us has already experienced a breakup, many have trusted me with their experience. The scene of them going through a collection of books to distribute them works very real, but I didn't have to interview random people on the street for these small details. We've all been there. / ... / It's sad, but they try to live the experience with a smile on their face. Maybe the idea of having fun is their way of doing something together? For the first time in a long time and for the last time.”

Zgodba
Režiserka Ale in igralec Alex imata po 14 letih dovolj zakona. Ker sta odrasla, zrela človeka, se odločita za prijateljski in sporazumen razhod, ki ga nameravata celo proslaviti z zabavo, na katero povabita začudene prijatelje in zbegane družinske člane, pa tudi lastnika stanovanja, vodovodarja in celo učiteljico angleščine. Zakaj ne bi razhodov praznovali prav tako – če ne celo bolj – bučno kot začetkov zveze? A izkaže se, da tudi še tako sporazumen razhod ne more ostati povsem neboleč.

“Vsak od nas je že doživel razhod, številni so mi zaupali svojo izkušnjo. Prizor, ko pregledujeta zbirko knjig, da bi jih razdelila, deluje zelo resnično, vendar mi za te majhne podrobnosti ni bilo treba intervjuvati naključnih ljudi na ulici. Vsi smo že bili tam. /…/ Žalostno je, vendar se trudita izkušnjo preživeti z nasmehom na obrazu. Morda je ideja za zabavo njun način, kako nekaj početi skupaj? Prvič po dolgem času in obenem zadnjič.”
