Today, much is said and written about the assumed generational trauma also in
psychiatric disciplines, and the family placement method has been based from the beginning on
that the patterns of trauma are repeated, and that they seek the following
generations "heal" or achieve in their family systems
a balance that would break these patterns from which difficult destinies originate,
painful relationships and also illnesses.
With the family layout method, we seek solutions to balance our relationships, our inner attitude towards ourselves, towards our family and family destiny and towards life. It is from this inner attitude that the patterns emerge from which we operate in all relationships and in all life situations, even in illness. With this method, we help ourselves to new more pleasant and supportive relationships and life experiences.

Danes se veliko govori in piše o prevzetih generacijskih travmah tudi v
psihiatrični stroki, metoda postavitev družine pa temelji že od začetka na
tem spoznanju – da se vzorci travm ponavljajo ter da skušajo naslednje
generacije »ozdraviti« oziroma doseči v svojih družinskih sistemih
ravnovesje, ki bi prekinilo te vzorce, iz katerih izvirajo težke usode,
boleči odnosi in tudi bolezni.
Z metodo POSTAVITVE DRUŽINE iščemo rešitve, s katerimi uravnovesimo svoje odnose, svojo notranjo držo do sebe, do svoje družine in družinske usode ter do življenja. Iz te naše notranje drže namreč izvirajo vzorci iz katerih delujemo v vseh odnosih in v vseh življenjskih situacijah, tudi v bolezni. S to metodo si pomagamo do novih prijetnejših in podpornejših odnosov in življenjskih izkušenj.
