Introduction to debates: positive peace and critical thinking
The workshop is a continuation of the power of peace workshop, where we learned about the concept of positive peace and the eight pillars of peace. This time we go one step further.
In the second part, we will focus on critical thinking and preparation for debates. Current social topics selected from the articles will be analyzed with the help of eight pillars of positive peace – which pillar the topic belongs to, what other pillars it is associated with and what impact it has on society.
The workshop is intended for young people who want to:
understand the topic from several angles,
form a reasoned opinion,
prepare for an argument and debate.

🕊️ Od miru do ustvarjanja mnenja
Uvod v debate: Pozitivni mir in kritično razmišljanje
Delavnica je nadaljevanje delavnice Moč miru, kjer smo spoznali koncept pozitivnega miru in osem stebrov miru. Tokrat gremo korak dlje.
V drugem delu se bomo osredotočili na kritično razmišljanje in pripravo na debate. Aktualne družbene teme, izbrane iz člankov, bomo analizirali s pomočjo osmih stebrov pozitivnega miru – v kateri steber tema spada, s katerimi drugimi stebri je povezana in kakšen vpliv ima na družbo.
Delavnica je namenjena mladim, ki želijo:
temo razumeti iz več zornih kotov,
oblikovati utemeljeno mnenje,
se pripraviti na argumentirano razpravo in debato.
