The Regional Museum of Gottschee, ZB for the values of NOB Gottschee and KS Gottschee-city, invite you to hike 81 years without a wire .
During the Second World War, the village was surrounded by barbed wire. The numerous bunkers and the passage between the city and the surrounding area have almost sunk into oblivion. We will remember them on a hike of about 5 km on Saturday, 11. in April 2026, starting at 9. hours in front of the Regional Museum .
As part of the event, we will visit the visiting exhibition of the Department of history of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana and the Center for Public History Fortress of resistance and spirit.
At the end of the hike, you are invited to a banquet and a musical program performed by the vocal and instrumental group Scarlet cicadas on the city platform organized by ZB for values NB Gottschee.
Pokrajinski muzej Kočevje , ZB za vrednote NOB Kočevje in KS Kočevje - mesto , vabijo na pohod 81 let brez žice .
Kočevje je bilo med drugo svetovno vojno obdano z bodečo žico. Številni bunkerji in prehajanje med mestom in okolico so že skoraj utonili v pozabo. Spomnili se jih bomo na približno 5 km dolgem pohodu v soboto, 11. aprila 2026 , s pričetkom ob 9. uri pred Pokrajinskim muzejem Kočevje .
V sklopu dogodka si bomo ogledali gostujočo razstavo Oddelka za zgodovino Filozofske fakultete Univerze v Ljubljani in Središča za javno zgodovino Trdnjava upornosti in duha.
Ob zaključku pohoda vabljeni na pogostitev in glasbeni program v izvedbi vokalno-instrumentalne skupine Škrlatni škržati na mestni ploščadi v organizaciji ZB za vrednote NB Kočevje.
