the competition will take place on Saturday, 1. in March 2025. Assembly at 8.30 am-with start and finish at POS Ihan (School Street 5, 1230 Domzale). Parking is sufficient at the start (40+); we recommend parking at the basketball court closest to the entrance to the school. Completion is expected at 15 at the latest. uri.
The competition will be held in seven categories:
category " A " - young mountaineers up to and including 6. elementary school,
category " B " - young mountaineers up to and including 9. elementary school
category " C " - youth (up to and including 18 years)
category " D " - members (18 years and older)
Category " E " - senior members (45 years and older)
category " F " - families (at least one parent or grandparents and children up to and including 9.(r)
category " O " - Open category (equivalent to Category B)
Teams consist of three to five competitors. With the permission of the organizing committee, a team with two members can compete. All competitors compete at their own risk. During the competition, it is forbidden to use the location display on the graphic map on any device. Teams in categories A and B can compete for PD or for school.
Knowledge and literature: for categories A, B, F and O, knowledge of the orientation according to the DTK 25 map with drawn checkpoints is required. For categories C, D and E, complete knowledge of orientation is required using the DTK 25 map and compass (some control points will need to be drawn on the map from the given data using a compass and drawing accessories). The team card is taken at the start, and before going to the track, they solve the theoretical part.
Theoretical questions for all categories will relate to the content of the book Mountaineering School (PZS, 2016) and orienteering – manual for orienteering in nature and orienteering competitions (ZTS, 2006). Practical tasks will be performed at checkpoints – it applies to all categories. A list of mountain plants published on the PZS website also comes into play here https://www.pzs.si/flora.php.
Equipment: hiking boots with knurled soles (or – points) and a mountaineering card or diary of a young mountaineer with a paid membership fee for the current year (or – points) and at least 1 pen, Compass, mobile phone and first aid (or – points ... only categories C, D, E and F) per group. Categories C, D and E also include geotrikotnik, Hexagon and calculator (drawing). Clothing suitable for weather conditions.
Applications are collected until Wednesday, 26. February 2025, to e-mail niksic.ziva@gmail.com. when registering, indicate the name of the team and the number of members, as well as the Mountaineering Association/Primary School and the competition category. The start list will be sent to all applicants the day before. There will be no entry fee. At the finish, there will be a snack and a hot drink for all participants.
The competition will be held according to the rules of the orienteering League and the rules of the route.

ekmovanje bo potekalo v soboto, 1. marca 2025. Zbor ob 8.30 uri – s startom in ciljem pri POŠ Ihan (Šolska ulica 5, 1230 Domžale). Parkirišč je pri štartu dovolj (40+); priporočamo parkiranje pri košarkarskem igrišču, ki je najbližje vhodu v šolo. Predviden je zaključek najkasneje ob 15. uri.
Tekmovanje bo potekalo v sedmih kategorijah:
kategorija »A« – mladi planinci do vključno 6. razreda OŠ,
kategorija »B« – mladi planinci do vključno 9. razreda OŠ
kategorija »C« – mladina (do vključno 18 let)
kategorija »D« – člani (18 let in več)
kategorija »E« – starejši člani (45 let in več)
kategorija »F« – družine (najmanj eden od staršev oz. starih staršev in otroci do vključno 9.r)
kategorija »O« – odprta kategorija (ekvivalentna kategoriji B)
Ekipe sestavlja od tri do pet tekmovalcev. Z dovoljenjem organizacijskega odbora lahko tekmuje ekipa z dvema članoma. Vsi tekmovalci tekmujejo na lastno odgovornost. Med tekmovanjem je prepovedana uporaba prikaza lokacije na grafični karti na katerikoli napravi. Ekipe v kategorijah A in B lahko tekmujejo za PD ali za šolo.
Znanje in literatura: Za kategorije A, B, F in O je potrebno poznavanje orientacije po karti DTK 25 z vrisanimi kontrolnimi točkami. Za kategorije C, D in E je potrebno popolno znanje orientacije z uporabo karte DTK 25 in kompasa (nekaj kontrolnih točk bo treba vrisati na karto iz danih podatkov s pomočjo kompasa in risalnega pribora). Karto ekipe prevzamejo na štartu, pred odhodom na progo pa rešijo teoretični del.
Teoretična vprašanja za vse kategorije se bodo nanašala na vsebino knjige Planinska šola (PZS, 2016) in Orientacija – Priročnik za orientiranje v naravi in orientacijska tekmovanja (ZTS, 2006). Praktične naloge se bodo opravljale na kontrolnih točkah – velja za vse kategorije. Tu pride v poštev še seznam gorskih rastlin, objavljenih na spletni strani PZS https://www.pzs.si/flora.php.
Oprema: Pohodni čevlji z narebrenim podplatom (ali – točke) in planinska izkaznica oz. dnevnik mladega planinca s plačano članarino za tekoče leto (ali – točke) ter vsaj 1 pisalo, kompas, mobilni telefon in prva pomoč (ali – točke … le kategorije C, D, E in F) na skupino. Kategorije C, D in E še geotrikotnik, šestilo in računalo (vrisovanje). Oblačila primerna vremenskim razmeram.
Prijave zbiramo do vključno srede, 26. februarja 2025, na e-naslov niksic.ziva@gmail.com. Ob prijavi navedite ime ekipe in število članov ter planinsko društvo/OŠ in tekmovalno kategorijo. Startno listo bomo dan prej poslali vsem prijavljenim. Startnine ne bo. Na cilju bo za vse udeležence na voljo prigrizek in topel napitek.
Tekmovanje bo potekalo po Pravilniku orientacijske lige ter Pravilniku POT.
