Invited to the opening of the exhibition in Bistra
This Sunday, 1. in March 2026, at 11. uri, we invite you to the opening of the exhibition at the Technical Museum of Slovenia in Bistra.
Beer landscape throughout the year-life between intermittent lakes and large beasts
The exhibition takes visitors through the Four Seasons of the Pivka Basin. You will learn about intermittent lakes, typical plant and animal species and the world of large carnivores of the Javornik snow forests. It talks about nature, about its fragility and about the responsible coexistence of man with it.
It will open at 11. there was also a guided tour of the exhibition, at 12. a workshop for families and children.
The exhibition will be on display until 12. in April 2026.

Vabljeni na odprtje razstave v Bistri
To nedeljo, 1. marca 2026, ob 11. uri, vas vabimo na odprtje razstave v Tehniški muzej Slovenije v Bistri.
Pivška pokrajina skozi leto – življenje med presihajočimi jezeri in velikimi zvermi
Razstava obiskovalce popelje skozi štiri letne čase Pivške kotline. Spoznali boste presihajoča jezera, značilne rastlinske in živalske vrste ter svet velikih zveri Javorniško Snežniških gozdov. Govori o naravi, o njeni krhkosti in o odgovornem sobivanju človeka z njo.
Ob odprtju bo ob 11. uri potekal tudi vodeni ogled razstave, ob 12. uri pa delavnica za družine in otroke.
Razstava bo na ogled do 12. aprila 2026.
Pridite po košček Pivškega v Bistro.
Potem pa vas z veseljem pričakamo še med pravimi jezeri.
