I am pleased to announce that our offer will be enriched by a workout for more mobility, strength and well - being-PILATES.
I invite you to join us, where through this pleasant workout we will strengthen the body, improve posture and raise energy.
Pilates is suitable for all levels of knowledge, with a slow upgrade depending on the individual's capabilities.
The group takes place every Monday and Thursday from 19:30 to 20: 30
The price of a monthly ticket (8 visits) is 60 eur.
We start training on 7.9.2026.
The group is led by Svetlana Kos, professor of physical education and dance.
