Perimenopause does not begin at fifty. It starts much earlier.
The first changes often show up as early as 30. and 38. years – and many times women do not even notice that they are already in the early stages of perimenopause.
If you notice that:
is your PMS stronger than it was years ago,
are you just before your period a completely different person (accompanied by anxiety, irritability or crying for no good reason),
have a shorter cycle or more severe bleeding,
you are exhausted by the already "normal" pace of life,

Above all, you will leave with concrete, practical instructions on how to support yourself and your body – what you can do today so that in a few years you do not create unnecessary problems for yourself.

Perimenopavza pri 35- ih ali še prej? Ja.
Perimenopavza se ne začne pri petdesetih. Začne se veliko prej.
Prve spremembe se pogosto pokažejo že med 30. in 38. letom – in velikokrat ženske sploh ne opazijo, da so že v zgodnjih fazah perimenopavze.
Če opažaš, da:
je tvoj PMS močnejši kot pred leti,
si tik pred menstruacijo popolnoma druga oseba (spremljajo te tesnoba, razdražljivost ali jok brez pravega razloga),
imaš krajši cikel ali močnejše krvavitve,
te izčrpa že »normalen« tempo življenja,
se maščoba začne kopičiti okoli trebuha, čeprav delaš vse enako kot prej,
so to lahko prvi znaki perimenopavzalnih sprememb.
Pridi na delavnico in spoznaj, kateri so zgodnji simptomi perimenopavze – ne zato, da bi paničarila, ampak da se opolnomočiš z znanjem.
Na delavnici bomo najprej razjasnile, kaj perimenopavza sploh je in skozi katere faze poteka. Pogledale bomo, zakaj se PMS po 30. letu pogosto poslabša in zakaj so tvoji izvidi lahko povsem normalni, čeprav se ti ne počutiš najbolje.
Predvsem pa boš odšla s konkretnimi, praktičnimi napotki, kako podpreti sebe in svoje telo – kaj lahko narediš že danes, da si čez nekaj let ne ustvariš nepotrebnih težav.
To ni delavnica za »ženske v menopavzi«.
To je delavnica za ženske, ki želijo ostati stabilne, energične in hormonsko podprte – ne glede na starost.
Če si ambiciozna, aktivna, zaposlena, morda mama, podjetnica ali ženska z velikimi cilji, potem potrebuješ stabilne hormone.
In stabilni hormoni se ne zgodijo po naključju. Zgradijo se.
