The dialogue exhibition of sculptor Paola Korosec and painter Alexander Nishavi Aluta – Aca, in the premises of the former Lapidarium, intertwines the works of both authors, who in different media tell the story of transience, memories and captured moments of life. The point of contact between the two artists is the experience of space and time from the point of view and feeling of the individual. They are also connected by a special affinity for medieval architecture and sculpture, as both work as professional restorers.
The greatest constant of our lives is precisely the eternal change, impermanence, fluidity of the forms of the body and consciousness. Immersion in a nostalgic walk through the landscape of experienced memories along with the exhibited works, as a common thread of the exhibition, connects the rich cultural heritage of the former Cistercian monastery and allows reflection and leap of the endless distance between once and today.

Dialoška razstava kiparke Paole Korošec in slikarja Aleksandra Nišavića – Aca, v prostorih nekdanjega Lapidarija, prepleta dela obeh avtorjev, ki v različnih medijih pripovedujejo zgodbo o minljivosti, spominih in ujetih trenutkih življenja. Stična točka obeh umetnikov je doživljanje prostora in časa iz gledišča in občutja posameznika. Povezuje ju tudi posebna afiniteta do srednjeveške arhitekture in kiparstva, saj oba delujeta kot profesionalna restavratorja.
Največja konstanta naših življenj je ravno večna sprememba, nestalnost, fluidnost oblik telesa in zavesti. Potopitev v nostalgični sprehod po pokrajini doživetih spominov ob razstavljenih delih, kot rdeča nit razstave, povezuje bogato kulturno dediščino nekdanjega cistercijanskega samostana in dovoljuje refleksijo in preskok neskončne razdalje med nekoč in danes.
