The sun-drenched neo-noir was directed by the German filmmaker Jan Ole Gerster, and the script was co-written by the recently deceased Slovenian screenwriter and director Blazh Kutin, also the author of the script for Gerster's previous feature Lara. The film premiered at the Berlinale Special Gala.
Tom is an aimless tennis teacher in a luxury island hotel who cuts his time between lessons with alcohol and fleeting sex. His routine is interrupted by the arrival of the Maguire family: the attractive blonde Anna, her arrogant husband Dave, and their seven-year-old son Anton. There is no way Tom can get rid of the feeling that he has met Anne once. When Dave mysteriously disappears one night, Tom and Anne become prime suspects.

Njegovo rutino prekine prihod družine Maguire: privlačne plavolaske Anne, njenega arogantnega moža Dava in njunega sedemletnega sina Antona. Tom se nikakor ne more znebiti občutka, da je Anne nekoč že srečal. Ko Dave neke noči skrivnostno izgine, Tom in Anne postaneta glavna osumljenca.
