Burnout is a state of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion. It is a set of different symptoms that have psychic and psychosomatic consequences. A lot can be done by the individual himself to prevent burnout. Find out how to proceed to avoid burnout at Workshop 12.5. at 18: 00 hours in the club ZMST.

Izgorelost je stanje telesne, čustvene in mentalne izčrpanosti. Je skupek različnih simptomov, ki imajo psihične in psihosomatske posledice. Za preprečevanje izgorelosti lahko veliko naredi posameznik sam. Kako postopati, da ne pride do izgorelosti izveste na delavnici 12.5. ob 18:00 uri v KLUBU ZMŠT.
