Art and cultural heritage together with the locals
For the twelfth time this year, the house on the Hill exhibition will take place in the natural and cultural heritage area near St. George. Marjeti.
A special feature of the exhibition is the interweaving of the creativity of professional artists and locals, who each in their own way co-create the image of the place. Traces of the village will address visitors through the word and visual image, and will also find their echo in the opening concert.
A special moment of this year's opening will be the address in the gutters of the Born Jesuit Milan Byzantium, who will speak for the first time as part of the exhibition.
We are kindly invited to enter together the stories of the place, people and time that marked the gutters and still co-create their image today.
The opening of the house on a hill exhibition will be an opportunity to meet, talk and experience together the creativity that grows out of space and its stories. You are cordially invited.

Umetnost in kulturna dediščina skupaj z domačini
Razstava Hiša na hribu bo letos že dvanajstič zaživela v prostorih Naravne in kulturne dediščine pri Sv. Marjeti.
Posebnost razstave je preplet ustvarjalnosti profesionalnih umetnikov in domačinov, ki vsak na svoj način soustvarjajo podobo kraja. Sledi vasi bodo obiskovalce nagovarjale skozi besedo in likovno podobo, svoj odmev pa bodo našle tudi v otvoritvenem koncertu.
Poseben trenutek letošnje otvoritve bo nagovor v Žlebah rojenega jezuita Milana Bizanta, ki bo prvič spregovoril v okviru razstave.
Lepo vabljeni, da skupaj vstopimo v zgodbe kraja, ljudi in časa, ki so zaznamovali Žlebe ter še danes soustvarjajo njihovo podobo.
Otvoritev razstave Hiša na hribu bo priložnost za srečanje, pogovor in skupno doživetje ustvarjalnosti, ki raste iz prostora in njegovih zgodb. Srčno vabljeni.
