Let'S clean up Gottschee 2026: together for the nature that connects us
Again this year, volunteers will join forces in the clean up the Gottschee campaign. This year, we all the more want a good response from volunteers – to show what can be done if we join forces. The year 2026 is dedicated to volunteering, connection and people . It is a year in which we want to strengthen our sense of belonging, cooperation and mutual support even more. A year when we come together and show that community is not just words – it is actions.
That is why this year's campaign has a special meaning. Together we will create a more orderly, green and friendly environment for all of us. In doing so, we will contribute a small but important part to a better environment and protect nature, which is still heavily polluted due to the unscrupulous behavior of some.
Why participate?
Positive environmental impact: by removing waste, we help nature and its ecosystems.
Community and cooperation: we will connect with our neighbors and friends for a common goal – for a more beautiful Gottschee.
Intergenerational integration: together we create a space where everyone feels seen, accepted and important.
Health and well-being: activities in the fresh air have a positive effect on our health.
Nature Connects Us: taking care of it is a common responsibility and a common value.
Meeting points will be held at several locations throughout the local communities on the day of the action. Larger groups can apply for participation through the municipality of Gottschee (odpadki@komunala-kocevje.si), where you will receive all the necessary information.
Join us and become part of the story we write together. The action is organised by the municipality of Gottschee, the Slovenian Forest Service OE Gottschee and the municipality of Gottschee.
In case of bad weather, the action will be postponed to 21. March .
OČISTIMO KOČEVSKO 2026: Skupaj za naravo, ki nas povezuje
Tudi letos bomo prostovoljci združili moči v akciji Očistimo Kočevsko. V letošnjem letu si še toliko bolj želimo dobrega odziva prostovoljcev – da pokažemo, kaj vse se da, če združimo moči. Leto 2026 je v Kočevju namreč posvečeno prostovoljstvu, povezanosti in ljudem . Je leto, v katerem želimo še močneje okrepiti občutek pripadnosti, sodelovanja in medsebojne podpore. Leto, ko stopimo skupaj in pokažemo, da skupnost niso le besede – temveč dejanja.
Prav zato ima letošnja akcija Očistimo Kočevsko poseben pomen. Skupaj bomo ustvarjali bolj urejeno, zeleno in prijazno okolje za vse nas. S tem bomo prispevali majhen, a pomemben delček k lepšemu okolju ter varovali naravo, ki je zaradi brezvestnega ravnanja nekaterih še vedno močno onesnažena.
Zakaj sodelovati?
Pozitiven vpliv na okolje: z odstranitvijo odpadkov pomagamo naravi in njenim ekosistemom.
Skupnost in sodelovanje: povezali se bomo s sosedi in prijatelji pri skupnem cilju – za lepše Kočevsko.
Medgeneracijsko povezovanje: skupaj ustvarjamo prostor, kjer se vsak počuti videnega, sprejetega in pomembnega.
Zdravje in dobro počutje: aktivnosti na svežem zraku pozitivno vplivajo na naše zdravje.
Narava nas povezuje: skrb zanjo je skupna odgovornost in skupna vrednota.
Zbirna mesta bodo na dan akcije na več lokacijah po krajevnih skupnostih. Večje skupine se za sodelovanje lahko prijavite preko Komunala Kočevje (odpadki@komunala-kocevje.si), kjer boste prejeli vse potrebne informacije.
Pridružite se nam in postanite del zgodbe, ki jo pišemo skupaj. Akcijo organizirajo Komunala Kočevje, Zavod za gozdove Slovenije OE Kočevje in Občina Kočevje.
V primeru slabega vremena bo akcija prestavljena na 21. marec .
