The third workshop is devoted to the composition of the cake. The sponge cakes will already be baked, the participants will work independently from here: first get to know the utensils that are needed to assemble the cake, then tips on how to assemble the cake (e.g. which cream to put below, which one on top, according to the density and weight of the cream). According to the theory, we start work: cutting the biscuit, preparing the perimeter, acetate film and base cream (mousse or mascarpone). Ganache and fruit curd will already be ready, as they need to cool beforehand. After assembling the cake, we will put these in the freezer to wait for them until next week.

Price: 120 / 3. the part includes two meetings, the price is total for two meetings; registration for only one of these two meetings is not possible)

When registering for all workshops from the set of the most beautiful cake from A to Z, we admit a discount of 30 hours (170 hours instead of 200 hours). The series of confectionery workshops the most beautiful cakes from A to Z with Erika Jerkic Vienna is intended for all those who would like to improve in the preparation of cakes that will not only taste heavenly, but also decorated in the way that only the best confectioners decorate them. The workshops are also suitable for beginners, and Erika will share with you all the tricks and secrets from the first step onwards. Erika Jerkic Vienna combined art with confectionery, because in addition to art education, she also focused on sweet treats. For many years she worked as a freelancer and also as an employee of the company, where she was engaged in the development of new recipes for desserts and ice cream; and we also met her on the TV show Inn looking for a boss. She enjoys further education in this field and likes to test always new combinations of flavors, textures or decoration. She baked her first cake at the age of 16, but then she fell in love with them and devotes all her free time and, of course, work to this. She prefers to prepare creamy desserts, and when creating cakes, she has always been most happy with decoration, because there she can show her artistic side. Preparing various figures for cakes, drawing on cookies and the smallest details have always represented relaxation and great pleasure for her, as they add the right finishing touch to any dessert.

Tretja delavnica je namenjena sestavi torte. Biskviti bodo že pečeni, udeleženci bodo samostojno delali od tu naprej: najprej spoznali pripomočke, ki so potrebni za sestavo torte, nato nasvete, kako se torto sestavi (npr. katero kremo damo spodaj, katero na vrhu, glede na gostoto in težo kreme). Po teoriji pričnemo z delom: rezanje biskvita, priprava oboda, acetatne folije in osnovne kreme (mousse ali mascarpone). Ganache in sadni curd bosta že pripravljena, saj se morata predhodno ohladiti. Po sestavi torte bomo te postavili v zamrzovalnik, da jih bodo počakale do naslednjega tedna.

Cena: 120 € (3. del obsega dve srečanji, cena je skupaj za dve srečanji; prijava na zgolj eno izmed teh dveh srečanj ni možna)

Sklop slaščičarskih delavnic Najlepše torte od A do Ž z Eriko Jerkič Beč je namenjen vsem tistim, ki bi se radi izpopolnili v pripravi tort, ki bodo ne samo nebeškega okusa, temveč tudi okrašene tako, kot jih okrasijo le najboljši slaščičarji. Delavnice so primerne tudi za začetnike, Erika pa bo z vami delila vse trike in skrivnosti od prvega koraka dalje. Erika Jerkič Beč je umetnost združila s slaščičarstvom, saj se je poleg likovne izobrazbe usmerila tudi v sladke dobrote. Vrsto let je delala kot samostojna podjetnica in tudi kot zaposlena v podjetju, kjer se je ukvarjala z razvojem novih receptov za sladice in sladoled; spoznali pa smo jo tudi v TV oddaji Gostilna išče šefa. Zelo rada se dodatno izobražuje na tem področju in rada testira vedno nove kombinacije okusov, tekstur ali dekoracije. Svojo prvo torto je spekla pri 16 letih, a takrat se je vanje zaljubila in temu namenja ves prosti čas in seveda tudi službo. Najraje pripravlja kremne sladice, pri ustvarjanju tort pa jo je vedno najbolj veselila dekoracija, ker tam lahko pokaže še svojo umetniško plat. Priprava raznih figur za torte, risanje po piškotih in najmanjši detajli so ji vedno predstavljali sprostitev in veliko zadovoljstvo, saj dodajo pravo piko na i vsaki sladici.
