The first workshop from the set of confectionery workshops the most beautiful cakes from A to Z will be dedicated to getting to know the different test for the preparation of desserts . You will learn the most basic recipe for making a biscuit that always succeeds, along with little tricks on how to prepare the base for each cake without prior knowledge. We will get to know a slightly more demanding recipe when baking muffins, which are an excellent base for muffins with various additives such as nuts, chocolate,... or as a base for muffins with cream fillings and decoration. The third will be a pie dough, monoportion pies or Groats,... such a dough can be baked with filling or individually, and later filled with various creams. Together we will prepare all three types of dough, mix, knead, roll and bake.
When registering for all workshops from the set of the most beautiful cake from A to Z, we admit a discount of 30 hours (170 hours instead of 200 hours). The series of confectionery workshops the most beautiful cakes from A to Z with Erika Jerkic Vienna is intended for all those who would like to improve in the preparation of cakes that will not only taste heavenly, but also decorated in the way that only the best confectioners decorate them. The workshops are also suitable for beginners, and Erika will share with you all the tricks and secrets from the first step onwards. Erika Jerkic Vienna combined art with confectionery, because in addition to art education, she also focused on sweet treats. For many years she worked as a freelancer and also as an employee of the company, where she was engaged in the development of new recipes for desserts and ice cream; and we also met her on the TV show Inn looking for a boss. She enjoys further education in this field and likes to test always new combinations of flavors, textures or decoration. She baked her first cake only at the age of 16, but then she fell in love with them and devotes all her free time and, of course, work to this. She prefers to prepare creamy desserts, and when creating cakes, she has always been most happy with decoration, because there she can show her artistic side. Preparing various figures for cakes, drawing on cookies and the smallest details have always represented relaxation and great pleasure for her, as they add the right finishing touch to any dessert.
Prva delavnica iz sklopa Slaščičarskih delavnic Najlepše torte od A do Ž bo posvečena spoznavanju različnih test za pripravo sladic . Naučili se boste najbolj osnovni recept za pripravo biskvita, ki vedno uspe, skupaj z malimi triki, kako brez predhodnega znanja pripravimo osnovo za vsako torto. Malo bolj zahteven recept bomo spoznali pri peki mafinov, ki so odlična osnova za kolačke z raznimi dodatki, kot so oreščki, čokolada,… ali pa kot osnova kolačkom s polnili kreme in dekoracijo. Tretje pa bo testo za pito, monoporcijske pite ali drobljenec,… Takšno testo lahko pečemo z nadevom ali posamezno, ter ga kasneje polnimo z raznimi kremami. Skupaj bomo pripravili vse tri vrste testa, zmešali, zgnetli, razvaljali in spekli.

Erika Jerkič Beč je umetnost združila s slaščičarstvom, saj se je poleg likovne izobrazbe usmerila tudi v sladke dobrote. Vrsto let je delala kot samostojna podjetnica in tudi kot zaposlena v podjetju, kjer se je ukvarjala z razvojem novih receptov za sladice in sladoled; spoznali pa smo jo tudi v TV oddaji Gostilna išče šefa. Zelo rada se dodatno izobražuje na tem področju in rada testira vedno nove kombinacije okusov, tekstur ali dekoracije. Svojo prvo torto je spekla šele pri 16 letih, a takrat se je vanje zaljubila in temu namenja ves prosti čas in seveda tudi službo. Najraje pripravlja kremne sladice, pri ustvarjanju tort pa jo je vedno najbolj veselila dekoracija, ker tam lahko pokaže še svojo umetniško plat. Priprava raznih figur za torte, risanje po piškotih in najmanjši detajli so ji vedno predstavljali sprostitev in veliko zadovoljstvo, saj dodajo pravo piko na i vsaki sladici.
