Lecture and symposium of the writer Miljenko Jergovi alternate.
On Thursday, 6. in March 2025, a lecture and symposium will be held at the Nova Gorica Cultural Centre and at the Gorica Cultural Centre.
Laureat Vilenice 2024 will be the final act of the International Symposium on the occasion of the art exhibition The Distant look: a new reality and realisms in central Europe, 1925– 1933, giving a lecture on the time from which we are divided by a century, but in many ways frighteningly similar to ours. As a descendant of Tolmin's grandfather, he will definitely talk about tigers in the Gorizia Cultural Center. Jergović will be at the same time, the first speaker of the Festival, the complexity of which GO to! 2025 deepens the efforts of the Ljubljana manifesto of in-depth reading.
The event takes place in cooperation with the Bozidar Jakac Gallery and the Society of Humanists of Gorizia.

Predavanje in simpozij pisatelja Miljenka Jergovića.
V četrtek, 6. marca 2025 , bo v novogoriškem Xcentru in v Kulturnem domu Gorica potekalo predavanje in simpozij.
Lavreat Vilenice 2024 bo kot sklepno dejanje mednarodnega simpozija ob likovni razstavi Odmaknjeni pogled: Nova stvarnost in realizmi v srednji Evropi, 1925– 1933 predaval o času, od katerega nas deli stoletje, a je po marsičem strašljivo podoben našemu. Kot potomec tolminskega dedka bo v goriškem Kulturnem domu zagotovo spregovoril tudi o tigrovcih. Jergović bo obenem prvi predavatelj Festivala kompleksnosti, s katerim GO! 2025 poglablja prizadevanja Ljubljanskega manifesta poglobljenega branja.
Dogodek poteka v sodelovanju z Galerijo Božidarja Jakca in Društvom humanistov Goriške.
