Interactive guided mindfulness exercises led by members of the mindfulness Development Society,
which will be held on Wednesday, 14. in January 2026, from 17. to 18. hours in the premises of the National Museum of Slovenia (Museo 1, Ljubljana).
During guided exercises, we intertwine the sounds of the oldest known musical instrument – the Neanderthal flute-with natural sounds, silence and mindfulness. This gives the participants a unique experience that connects antiquity, inner peace and awareness of the moment. The experience promotes deep relaxation, self-reflection and contact with the timeless dimension of music and human presence. The experience is not only historically and culturally rich, but also contributes to the mental and physical health of the participants.
The meeting includes a brief introductory presentation of the key theoretical starting points of mindfulness to help participants understand its meaning and effects. This is followed by a series of guided exercises to invite participants to a focused perception of sounds, colors, shapes, bodily sensations and the space of the exhibition. During the exercises, participants observe how their experience elicits mental and emotional responses. After the individual sections, a voluntary conversation about the experience and reflection will be provided, which sensibly connects the exercises with the exhibited content.
The exercises are performed by members of the association for the development of mindfulness Breda Smej, Eva Fire and Katarina Cerar Bajde.
The exercises are accessible, easy to do and suitable for everyone, regardless of prior knowledge.

INTERAKTIVNO VODENE VAJE ČUJEČNOSTI pod vodstvom članov Društva za razvijanje čuječnosti,
ki bo potekala v sredo, 14. januarja 2026 , od 17. do 18. ure v prostorih Narodnega muzeja Slovenije (Muzejska 1, Ljubljana).
Med vodenimi vajami prepletamo zvoke najstarejšega znanega glasbila – neandertalčeve piščali – z naravnimi zvoki, tišino in čuječnostjo. To udeležencem omogoča edinstveno doživetje, ki povezuje pradavnino, notranji mir in zavedanje trenutka. Izkušnja spodbuja globoko sprostitev, samorefleksijo ter stik z brezčasno dimenzijo glasbe in človekove prisotnosti. Izkušnja ni le zgodovinsko in kulturno bogata, temveč prispeva tudi k duševnemu in fizičnemu zdravju udeležencev.
Srečanje vključuje kratko uvodno predstavitev ključnih teoretičnih izhodišč čuječnosti, ki udeležencem pomagajo razumeti njen pomen in učinke. Sledi niz vodeno izvedenih vaj, s katerimi udeležence povabijo k osredotočenemu zaznavanju zvokov, barv, oblik, telesnih občutkov in prostora razstave. Med vajami udeleženci opazujejo, kako njihovo doživljanje sproža miselne in čustvene odzive. Po posameznih sklopih bosta omogočena prostovoljen pogovor o izkušnji ter refleksija, ki vaje smiselno povezuje z razstavljenimi vsebinami.
Vaje izvajajo članice Društva za razvijanje čuječnosti Breda Smej, Eva Požar in Katarina Cerar Bajde.
Vaje so dostopne, preprosto izvedljive in primerne za vsakogar, ne glede na predznanje.
Trajanje delavnice: 60 minut
Vstopnina se obračuna po ceniku .
