For the storytelling performance, Anja read some stories that she will tell with the musical accompaniment of the excellent accordionist Janez Dovc. You are invited to wander through forests, seas and mountains, in the company of large and small beasts who sometimes make us laugh and sometimes teach us wisdom.
The play chanterelle cousin is based on the book of the same name, published last year by the publishing house Youth book. It is a wonderful selection of animal fairy tales from all over the world, which were found, translated and adapted by Anja Stefan. We meet rabbits and foxes, deer and Wolves, chickens and pigs, as well as crocodiles, whales, Lions and elephants. But all these animals, in fact, speak primarily about us, people – about our courage and cowardice, goodness and wickedness, cunning and stupidity, about our good and bad qualities.
Once Upon a time there was a woman who had a very beautiful herd: a couple of cows, a couple of goats and a couple of sheep. But if she grazed the herd, then everything was wrong at home. If she was cleaning around the house, then again there was no one in the herd.
"It won't work that way," she said to herself and decided to find a shepherd …

Anja Stefan is a poet and writer who creates mainly for children (the world is like a ringaraja, a pot on dots, four black ants, we are looking for a house, Bobek and barchica, crumbs from the mouse Valley, across the stream and beyond, etc.). At the same time, she is an excellent storyteller and the originator of modern storytelling in our country. She is the founder and long-time leader of the Fairy Tales festival today.
Janez Dovch is an accordionist, composer and physicist. He collaborates with many soloists, orchestras and creators of a wide variety of Studio, stage and theater projects. He is the founder and artistic director of the music cooperative Celinka and program director of the Godi bodi festival. He works in several bands, but also successfully performs with his author's projects, e.g. with the Tesla show.
The event is part of the accompanying spatial projection program when the illustrations come to life .

Za pripovedovalsko predstavo je Anja odbrala nekaj zgodb, ki jih bo povedala ob glasbeni spremljavi izvrstnega harmonikarja Janeza Dovča. Vabljeni na potep čez gozdove, morja in gore, v družbo velikih in malih zverinic, ki nas včasih spravljajo v smeh in včasih učijo modrosti.
Predstava Lisička sestrička temelji na istoimenski knjigi, ki je lani izšla pri založbi Mladinska knjiga. Gre za čudovit izbor živalskih pravljic z vsega sveta, ki jih je poiskala, prevedla in priredila Anja Štefan. V Lisički sestrički srečujemo zajce in lisice, jelene in volkove, kokoši in prašičke, pa tudi krokodile, kite, leve in slone, druščina je še in še pisana. A vse te živali pravzaprav govorijo predvsem o nas, ljudeh – o našem pogumu in strahopetnosti, dobroti in hudobiji, zvitosti in neumnosti, o naših dobrih in slabih lastnostih.
Nekoč je živela ženica, ki je imela prav lepo čredico: nekaj krav, nekaj koz in nekaj ovc. A če je pasla čredico, potem je bilo doma vse narobe. Če je pospravljala po hiši, pa spet ni bilo nikogar pri čredici.
“Tako ne bo šlo,” si je rekla in je sklenila, da poišče pastirja …

Anja Štefan je pesnica in pisateljica, ki ustvarja predvsem za otroke (Svet je kakor ringaraja, Lonček na pike, Štiri črne mravljice, Iščemo hišico, Bobek in barčica, Drobtine iz mišje doline, Čez potoček in naprej itd.). Hkrati je odlična pripovedovalka in začetnica sodobnega pripovedovanja pri nas. Je ustanoviteljica in dolgoletna vodja pripovedovalskega festivala Pravljice danes.
Janez Dovč je harmonikar, skladatelj in fizik. Sodeluje s številnimi solisti, orkestri in ustvarjalci najrazličnejših studijskih, odrskih in gledališčih projektov. Je ustanovitelj in umetniški vodja Glasbene zadruge Celinka in programski vodja festivala Godi bodi. Deluje v več zasedbah, uspešno pa nastopa tudi s svojimi avtorskimi projekti, npr. s predstavo Tesla.
Dogodek je del spremljevalnega programa prostorske projekcije Ko ilustracije oživijo .
