Three very different sisters, who, in addition to their common father, also share a love of songs from the Fifties of the last century, perform with the name Trio pupe. While waiting for their father's inheritance, the largest share of which, and with it the possibility of “independence” and a solo career, promises attractive and dominant Donatella, old grievances arise between the sisters and they seem to be preparing for their last joint performance. Donatella mercilessly and offensively shoots all cannons, and the cute and abundant Fiorella, who is also united with Donatella by a common mother, remains indifferent and humorous, but is able to “stab” her opponent in an instant. The Conservative Maria, however, panics and tries to calm the passions. A production with an excellent male cast, rhymed and dialectally colored dialogues and likeable adaptations of famous old tunes and songs tries for an hour and a half of top humor.

Tri karakterno zelo različne sestre, ki jih poleg skupnega očeta druži tudi ljubezen do popevk iz petdesetih let prejšnjega stoletja, nastopajo z imenom Trio pupe. Med čakanjem na očetovo dediščino, od katere si največji delež ter z njim možnost za “osamosvojitev” in solistično kariero obeta atraktivna in dominantna Donatella, med sestrami vzniknejo stare zamere in zdi se, da se pripravljajo na svoj zadnji skupni nastop. Donatella neusmiljeno in žaljivo strelja z vsemi topovi, simpatična in obilna Fiorella, ki jo z Donatello druži tudi skupna mati, ostaja ravnodušna in šaljiva, a je sposobna nasprotnico “zabiti” v trenutku. Konzervativna Marija pa se panično trudi miriti strasti. Uprizoritev z odlično moško igralsko zasedbo, rimanimi in narečno obarvanimi dialogi ter všečnimi priredbami znanih starih napevov in popevk poskbi za uro in pol vrhunskega humorja.
