The schellenburg Boys ' Choir exists and works with us for two years. This year, 19 boys aged 6 to 15 were involved in it. They got acquainted with various musical literature, and even more so in this year they ventured into the world of Polyphony. In addition to singing at services in the Ursuline church and in the cathedral, the Schellenburg Boys ' Choir also participated this year in the Christmas concert of the children's Choir Of The Musical nut, which was held in the Church of St. Nicholas. Jacob in Ljubljana. Recently , however, they were delighted with a visit to the Czech choir Bonifantes, which impressed with its excellent singing, as well as its discipline.
At the concert we heard compositions by Slovenian and foreign authors and compositions from the tradition of Gregorian chant . Since this is a demonstration of year-round work, the young singers walked lightly through Christmas, Lent and Easter, but paid the most attention to the Eucharistic songs. In the end, however, they performed the entire mass of Leo Delibes, which was certainly the most weighty and rounded work of the concerto.

Deški zbor Schellenburg obstaja in deluje pri nas dve leti. Letos je bilo vanj vključenih 19 fantov, starih od 6 do 15 let. Spoznavali so različno glasbeno literaturo, še bolj pa so se v tem letu podali v svet večglasja. Poleg petja pri bogoslužju v uršulinski cerkvi in v stolnici, je Deški zbor Schellenburg letos sodeloval tudi pri božičnem koncertu otroških zborov Glasbene matice, ki je bil v cerkvi sv. Jakoba v Ljubljani. Pred kratkim pa jih je razveselil obisk češkega zbora Bonifantes , ki je navdušil z izvrstnim petjem, pa tudi s svojo disciplino.
Na koncertu smo slišali skladbe slovenskih in tujih avtorjev ter skladbe iz tradicije gregorijanskega korala . Ker gre za prikaz celoletnega dela, so se mladi pevci rahlo sprehodili skozi božični, postni in velikonočni čas, a največ pozornosti so namenili evharističnim pesmim. Na koncu pa so izvedli celotno mašo Lea Delibesa, kar je bilo gotovo najbolj tehtno in zaokroženo delo koncerta.
