Swan Lake remains one of the greatest masterpieces of classical ballet and the eternal inspiration of new choreographic interpretations. Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky created an extraordinary musical score in which romantic beauty, psychological depth and a tense relationship between the real and mythical worlds are intertwined.
The new setting, choreographed by Andre otherwise McNicola, brings a fresh look at the timeless story of love, longing and Destiny. With the elegance of choreographic expression and contemporary stage poetics, the performance explores the fragile boundary between the human and the spiritual, between light and darkness.
Swan Lake, even today, remains a touching ballet narrative that captivates the audience with the power of music, emotion and the indelible elegance of classical ballet.
Labodje jezero ostaja ena največjih mojstrovin klasičnega baleta in večni navdih novih koreografskih interpretacij.
