In the week before the holiday of lovers, you are invited to a variety of experiences!
With renowned chef Julijana Krapez, we will learn how to prepare a very special, magical and aphrodisiac menu for Valentine's Day, which you can then prepare for a wonderful romantic evening for two.
Together we will learn to prepare:
canapes,
shrimp cocktail with pearl barley ball,
stuffed eggs with millet porridge and caviar,
tortillas with avocado and vegetables,
truffle noodles,
squid stuffed with polenta and almonds,
alternative pasta salad with celery, apples and walnuts,
dessert with chocolate, pistachio and strawberries.
Pre-registration is required at prostordozivetij@rustjevahisa.si or personally in the Rust's bread house. The group is limited to a maximum of 15 people.
About the mentor
Julijana Krapez is a top chef who many people remember from the show Inn looking for a boss. She is an authentic buckwheat, gained her first professional cooking knowledge at the mansion, and later fulfilled it for several years in a restaurant that boasts a Michelin star. For the last year, it has reigned in the kitchen of the podfarovzh restaurant in Vipava, where it impresses guests from all over Slovenia with its creations, which include mainly local ingredients.

S priznano kuharsko mojstrico Julijano Krapež se bomo naučili pripraviti prav poseben, čaroben in afrodiziačen menu za Valentinovo, ki ga lahko nato pripravite za čudovit romantičen večer v dvoje.
Skupaj se bomo naučili pripraviti:
kanapeje,
škampov koktejl z ješprenjevo kroglico,
polnjena jajčka s proseno kašo in kaviarjem,
tortilje z avokadom in zelenjavo,
rezance s tartufi,
lignje, polnjene s polento in mandlji,
waldorfsko testeninsko solato z gomoljno zeleno, jabolki in orehi,
sladico s čokolado, pistacijo in jagodami.
Obvezne so predprijave na prostordozivetij@rustjevahisa.si ali osebno v Rustjevi hiši kruha. Skupina je omejena na največ 15 oseb.
O mentorici
Julijana Krapež je vrhunska kuharska mojstrica, ki se je marsikdo spominja še iz oddaje Gostilna išče šefa. Je pristna Ajdovka, svoje prvo profesionalno kuharsko znanje je pridobivala na dvorcu, kasneje pa ga je več let izpolnjevala v restavraciji, ki se ponaša z Michelinovo zvezdico. Zadnje leto kraljuje v kuhinji gostilne Podfarovž v Vipavi, kjer s svojimi kreacijami, ki vključujejo predvsem lokalne sestavine, navdušuje goste iz vse Slovenije.
