The event addresses one of the key questions of the creative process: how does an idea or project successfully find its way to the right customers and why is the understanding of the market already at the stage of product development so decisive?
The program of this creative accelerator will offer a comprehensive view from understanding users and product development to choosing the right sales channels and considering which market (domestic or foreign, B2C or B2B) makes sense for your project. Participants will gain knowledge for the strategic development of the product and understanding of the market, and will learn the difference between the performance in the B2C and B2B markets. The event will provide a practical insight into the key steps for the successful placement of the product or project on the market.
The event is intended for creators, designers and creative companies that are already developing their products, services and projects, but when entering the market they are faced with questions: Who to sell to, where to find customers and how to make the product attractive enough for the right market.
First-hand experience and knowledge will be shared by Miha Klinar , founder of KCDM and one of the most experienced experts in design practice and design Management in Slovenia , and Kristi Hodak Knobloch, a professional service designer with extensive experience in global markets, head of the Keepers platform .
The lectures are followed by an interactive part in which the participants come to the fore. Four registered teams or individuals will present their project and the concrete challenge they face within 3 minutes, and then receive direct feedback from both lecturers. The discussion will be open to everyone present, so the tips will be useful even for those who do not appear.

Dogodek naslavlja eno ključnih vprašanj ustvarjalnega procesa: kako ideja ali projekt uspešno najde svojo pot do pravih kupcev in zakaj je razumevanje trga že v fazi razvoja produkta tako odločilno?
Program tokratnega Kreativnega pospeševalnika bo ponudil celovit pogled od razumevanja uporabnikov in razvoja produkta do izbire pravih prodajnih kanalov ter premisleka o tem, kateri trg (domači ali tuji, B2C ali B2B) je za vaš projekt smiseln. Udeleženci bodo pridobili znanja za strateški razvoj produkta in razumevanje trga ter spoznali razliko med nastopom na B2C in B2B trgu. Dogodek bo ponudil praktičen vpogled v ključne korake za uspešno umestitev produkta ali projekta na trg.
Dogodek je namenjen ustvarjalcem, oblikovalcem ter kreativnim podjetjem, ki svoje izdelke, storitve in projekte že razvijajo, a se pri vstopu na trg soočajo z vprašanji: komu prodajati, kje najti kupce in kako narediti produkt dovolj atraktiven za pravi trg.
Izkušnje in znanje iz prve roke bosta delila Miha Klinar , ustanovitelj KCDM in eden najbolj izkušenih poznavalcev oblikovalske prakse in design managementa v Sloveniji ter Kristi Hodak Knobloch , profesionalna storitvena oblikovalka z bogatimi izkušnjami globalnih trgov, vodja platforme The Keepers .
Predavanjem sledi interaktivni del, v katerem stopite v ospredje udeleženci. Štiri prijavljene ekipe ali posamezniki bodo v 3 minutah predstavili svoj projekt in konkreten izziv, s katerim se soočajo, nato pa prejeli neposredne povratne informacije obeh predavateljev. Razprava bo odprta za vse prisotne, zato bodo nasveti koristni tudi za tiste, ki ne nastopijo.
