During the winter holidays, we prepare free three-day creative workshops aimed at students aged 12 to 18, who are interested in food , creation, experimentation and entrepreneurial thinking.
This time, food will be at the forefront – not just as something we eat, but as an idea, experience, product and opportunity for creative and entrepreneurial thinking. Through practical work, participants will explore the ingredients, shapes, tastes and presentation of food and think about how an interesting and sustainable product is created from a simple idea.
How are the workshops going?
The workshops are designed as a three-day program that combines creativity, technology and entrepreneurial thinking . Each day is different in content and offers young people a new experience and a different way of working.
1. day-food and entrepreneurship
Participants will develop their food-related idea in small groups. They will think about the purpose of the idea, the target audience, the name of the product or concept, and how to present their idea clearly and interestingly. The focus will be on cooperation , role sharing and the basics of entrepreneurial thinking.
2. day-LEGO robotics and technology
The second day will be devoted to getting to know the basics of robotics and programming with the help of LEGO educational kits. Young people will associate technology with the topic of food – through processes, movement, automation or symbolic representations of ideas. The day will be focused on experimentation, logical thinking and teamwork .
3. day-creating with wood
On the last day, participants will devote themselves to working with wood. They will learn about the basic principles of woodworking, sustainable materials and create a wooden product or element that will be associated with their nutritional idea. The emphasis will be on manual skills , understanding of the material and the connection between the idea and the final product.

Priority for participation is given to children and young people who have not yet attended our workshops.

Term 2: 17.2., 18.2. and 19.2.2026 between 9: 00-15:00
The workshops take place in Kikstarter for 2 days, and one day in the Lesarius Center on Polsnik (Velika Preska 1) - Transport will be provided.

V času zimskih počitnic pripravljamo brezplačne tridnevne ustvarjalne delavnice, namenjene učencem in dijakom, starim od 12 do 18 let , ki jih zanimajo hrana, ustvarjanje, eksperimentiranje in podjetniško razmišljanje.
Tokrat bo v ospredju hrana – ne le kot nekaj, kar pojemo, temveč kot ideja, izkušnja, izdelek in priložnost za ustvarjalno ter podjetniško razmišljanje. Udeleženci bodo skozi praktično delo raziskovali sestavine, oblike, okuse in predstavitev hrane ter razmišljali, kako iz preproste zamisli nastane zanimiv in trajnostno naravnan produkt.
Kako potekajo delavnice?
Delavnice so zasnovane kot tridnevni program, ki združuje ustvarjalnost, tehnologijo in podjetniško razmišljanje . Vsak dan je vsebinsko drugačen in mladim ponuja novo izkušnjo ter drugačen način dela.
1. dan – Hrana in podjetništvo
Udeleženci bodo v manjših skupinah razvijali svojo idejo, povezano s hrano. Razmišljali bodo o namenu ideje, ciljni publiki, imenu izdelka ali koncepta ter o tem, kako svojo zamisel jasno in zanimivo predstaviti. Poudarek bo na sodelovanju , delitvi vlog in osnovah podjetniškega razmišljanja.
2. dan – LEGO® robotika in tehnologija
Drugi dan bo namenjen spoznavanju osnov robotike in programiranja s pomočjo LEGO® Education kompletov. Mladi bodo tehnologijo povezovali s tematiko hrane – skozi procese, gibanje, avtomatizacijo ali simbolne predstavitve idej. Dan bo usmerjen v eksperimentiranje, logično razmišljanje in timsko delo .
3. dan – Ustvarjanje z lesom
Zadnji dan se bodo udeleženci posvetili delu z lesom. Spoznali bodo osnovne principe obdelave lesa, trajnostne materiale ter ustvarili lesen izdelek ali element, ki bo povezan z njihovo prehransko idejo. Poudarek bo na ročnih spretnostih , razumevanju materiala in povezavi med idejo in končnim izdelkom.
Zakaj se udeležiti delavnic?
– spodbujajo ustvarjalno in praktično razmišljanje,
– povezujejo idejo, tehnologijo in ročno delo,
– razvijajo sodelovanje, komunikacijo in samostojnost,
– omogočajo učenje brez pritiska in brez potrebe po predznanju.
Prednost pri udeležbi imajo otroci in mladi, ki se naših delavnic še niso udeležili.
Delavnice so brezplačne.
Termin 1: 16.2.,17.2. in 18.2.2026 med 9:00-15:00

Delavnice 2 dni potekajo v KIKštarterju, en dan pa v centru Lesarius na Polšniku (Velika Preska 1) - za prevoz bo poskrbljeno.
