You must remember Robert Benton's 1979 cult film Kramer vs. Kramer. The Film, which won five Oscars, impressed at the time with the outstanding Meraktl Streep and Dustin Hoffman. In the production of the same name, which is produced by the Belgrade Drama Theatre, Andrija Kuzmanovi/, Nada Macankovi / and Marija Piki / shine.
There are no positive and negative characters in the production, it is not a clash between good and evil. Before us are people of flesh and blood, convulsively striving to find a balance between career and personal ambitions, on the one hand, and responsibility to loved ones, on the other.
The staging is emphatically minimalistic: two boards and a seething passion. The three actors in close proximity to the audience not only portray their characters, but create the world around them with minimal expressions. During the study process, the creative team wondered if the issues that aver / Corman dealt with 45 years ago were still relevant. The answer is unequivocal: more than ever.

V uprizoritvi ni pozitivnih in negativnih likov, ne gre za spopad med dobrim in zlim. Pred nami so ljudje iz mesa in krvi, ki si krčevito prizadevajo najti ravnovesje med kariero in osebnimi ambicijami na eni ter odgovornostjo do bližnjih na drugi strani.
Uprizoritev je izrazito minimalistična: dve deski in kipenje strasti. Trije igralci v neposredni bližini občinstva ne upodabljajo zgolj svojih likov, temveč z minimalnimi izrazili ustvarjajo svet okrog sebe. Med študijskim procesom se je ustvarjalna ekipa spraševala, ali so vprašanja, s katerimi se je pred 45 leti ukvarjal Avery Corman, še vedno aktualna. Odgovor je nedvoumen: bolj kot kdaj koli prej.
