Story
Little Frida spends her days at the Mexican market, where she carefree wanders between the stalls, makes friends with a stray dog and entertains her classmates. But when doctors diagnose her with polio, a dark cloud sets in over her vibrant world. But Frida can't. Confined to the four walls of her room, she finds solace in her rich imagination, and is also supported by her family, who supports her in everything she undertakes. When Frida's body is strengthened, it is this inner world of imagination and perseverance that leads her to a colorful, rich and creative life.

Zgodba
Mala Frida dneve preživlja na mehiški tržnici, kjer se brezskrbno potika med stojnicami, prijateljuje s potepuškim psom in zabava sošolce. A ko ji zdravniki diagnosticirajo otroško paralizo, se nad njen živahni svet zgrne temen oblak. Toda Frida se ne da. Omejena na štiri stene svoje sobe najde tolažbo v svoji bogati domišljiji, v oporo pa ji je tudi družina, ki jo podpira pri vsem, česar se loti. Ko se Fridino telo okrepi, jo prav ta notranji svet domišljije in vztrajnosti vodi v barvito, bogato in ustvarjalno življenje.
