KočevSKA Orkestra je Ska, Reggae, Rocksteady skupina iz Kočevja, ki preigrava legendarne pesmi teh žanrov. Skupina svojo glasbeno noto vodi pod vplivom zgodnje ska, reggae in rude boy subkulture ter izvajalcev kot so Toots and the Maytals, The Skatalites, Desmond Dekker, Jimmy Cliff, The Specials….
KočevSKA Orkestra je bila ustanovljena leta 2017, ko se je skupina dolgoletnih prijateljev odločila, da si želijo skupaj preigravati glasbo, ki jo tako ljubijo in poslušajo že celo svoje življenje. Od nastanka pa do danes igrajo tako v tujini kot doma in vedno jim uspe spraviti ljudi na noge, saj ima njihova glasba posebno energijo, ki poslušalca ne pusti na miru.

KočevSKA Orkestra is a Ska, Reggae, Rocksteady band from Slovenia that plays and performs classic and legendary tunes of the same genre. The band is Influenced by early days of ska, reggae, rude boy subculture and musicians like Toots and the Maytals, The Skatalites, Desmond, Dekker, Jimmy Cliff, The Specials just to name a few. In 2017 Seven musicians and long time friends decided to form a band and play the music they truly love and enjoy. Since then they have played venues all over the country and abroad. The band’s captivating, high-energy performances transport audiences back in time, as KočevSKA Orkestra describes themselves as a band that always make sure people dance, stomp, and sing. Playing big or small venues KočevSKA Orkestra is live music at its finest.
