Presentation of Henrik Tume library.
We will present one of the best preserved Slovenian bourgeois libraries at the turn of the 19th century. in 20. century-the library of Dr. Henrik Tuma, which is kept by the research station ZRC SAZU in Nova Gorica. The library reveals the reading culture and book-Greek offer of Gorizia and the wider Slovenian area and draws attention to Gorizia's integration into European cultural currents.
Petra Kolenc, Neva Makuc and Urban Markocic will run through the library: at 16. in English, at 17. hours in Italian and at 18. hours in English.
The event is part of the EPISKOP project, which belongs to the official GO! 2025.

Predstavitev knjižnice Henrika Tume.
Predstavili bomo eno najboljše ohranjenih slovenskih meščanskih knjižnic na prelomu iz 19. v 20. stoletje – knjižnico dr. Henrika Tume, ki jo hrani Raziskovalna postaja ZRC SAZU v Novi Gorici. Knjižnica razkriva bralno kulturo in knjigotrško ponudbo Goriške in širšega slovenskega prostora ter opozarja na vpetost Gorice v evropske kulturne tokove.
Po knjižnici bodo vodili Petra Kolenc, Neva Makuc in Urban Markočič: ob 16. uri v slovenščini, ob 17. uri v italijanščini in ob 18. uri v angleščini.
Dogodek je del projekta EPISKOP, ki sodi v uradni program GO! 2025.
