Teen Quinn, the father, was a small and boring town of Kettle Springs, but they do not know that the city, since they shut down the factory Baypen, broken. On the one hand, adults who are desperate to make Kettle Springs experience its old glory again, and on the other hand, children who want to have fun and take the city into the future. And it seems that this fight will destroy the city. Until the horrific clown Frendo, the mascot of Ba Amppen, starts murdering and tries to weed out the corrupt children who live there now.
