Description
The incubator, an indispensable tool for saving premature babies, symbolizes dedication to protecting every human life, even one that is not yet biologically self-sufficient. By fine - tuning temperature, humidity and oxygen, as well as reducing external stimuli, incubators recreate conditions in the uterus and significantly contribute to the survival and healthy development of premature babies. Theatre research links the symbolism of incubators and the brutality of the Gaza war. The scenes of incubators without electricity at Al Shifa Hospital and newborns crowded together to keep them warm raise the question of the limits of (UN)humanity.

Opis
Inkubator, nepogrešljivo orodje za reševanje prezgodaj rojenih otrok, simbolizira predanost varovanju vsakega človeškega življenja, tudi tistega, ki še ni biološko samozadostno. Z natančnim uravnavanjem temperature, vlažnosti in kisika ter zmanjševanjem zunanjih dražljajev inkubatorji poustvarjajo razmere v maternici in bistveno prispevajo k preživetju in zdravemu razvoju prezgodaj rojenih otrok. Gledališka raziskava povezuje simboliko inkubatorjev in brutalnost vojne v Gazi. Prizori inkubatorjev brez elektrike v bolnišnici Al Šifa in novorojenčkov, nagnetenih skupaj, da bi jim bilo toplo, odpirajo vprašanje meja (ne)človeškosti.
