The proceedings deal in depth with items from East Asia brought by seafarers from Slovenia from their travels since the middle of the 19th century. century to 60. flight 20. century. It represents their original role and importance in East Asia and their new contexts after their arrival in their native environment. The monograph will be presented by the editors of Dr. Natasha Vampelj Suhadolnik and Dr. Maja Veselic (Department of Asian Studies FF UL) and Bogdana Marinac (Maritime Museum "Sergei Mashera" Piran); Dr. Helena Motoh (scientific and Research Center Koper) also participates.
Monografijo bodo predstavile urednice in avtorice prispevkov dr. Nataša Vampelj Suhadolnik in dr. Maja Veselič (Oddelek za azijske študije FF UL) ter Bogdana Marinac (Pomorski muzej »Sergej Mašera« Piran); sodeluje tudi dr. Helena Motoh (Znanstveno-raziskovalno središče Koper).
