How to activate relaxation?
In the Association opportunity we carry out an energetic relaxation regenerative method.
We can relax in a wide variety of ways ( sports, reading, travel, gardening,...) However, most often in this way we relax only the body, and the mind is still active and grinds something in the background.
When we relax deeply we stop thinking, that is when we regenerate at an accelerated rate and body and soul, we fill ourselves with energy, as if we were filling ourselves with a fuel that calms us, at the same time that it gives us the will that propels us forward, determined to achieve our goals.
When we regularly work on our energy, blockages are dissolved and energy balance, inner peace is restored in US, which is necessary for solid health and strong immunity.
The method has a healing and preventive effect and is recommended for all generations.
At the presentation, which will take place on Wednesday, 10.6., at 18: 15, you will learn basic information about the method, we will do breathing exercises, you will be guided to deep relaxation, at the end there will be self-massage and conversation.
The goal of the method is to become independent, independent and to be able to use it anywhere and anytime.

Kako aktivirati sproščenost?
