The Body of the Body is not just a body movement.
It's an invitation to stop. To listen. To feel. It is a place where body and mind meet in tenderness, in presence, in reality.
A practice that connects body, breath and presence. Yoga asanas strengthen the body, create stability and fluidity. Somatic exercises teach us to listen to the body, release tensions and emotional blockages. The body carries stories, memories, emotions. It is a bridge between the outside world and the inner truth. Because through the body we can feel, relax, heal.
Breathing techniques and meditations calm the mind and open the heart.
It gives you: * soft fluidity • a sense of security in yourself • deep relaxation * more energy and lightness in everyday life

Body & Mind Yoga ni le gibanje telesa.
Je povabilo, da se ustaviš. Da prisluhneš. Da začutiš. Je prostor, kjer se telo in um srečata v nežnosti, v prisotnosti, v resnici.
Praksa, ki povezuje telo, dih in prisotnost. Jogijske asane krepijo telo, ustvarjajo stabilnost in pretočnost. Somatske vaje nas učijo prisluhniti telesu, sprostiti napetosti in čustvene blokade. Telo nosi zgodbe, spomine, čustva. Je most med zunanjim svetom in notranjo resnico. Ker skozi telo lahko začutimo, sprostimo, ozdravimo.
Dihalne tehnike in meditacije umirjajo um in odpirajo srce.
