Sandra will guide you through the basics of traditional Hatha yoga towards a deeper feeling of the body and restoring inner balance. With the help of basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (Pranayam), you will have the opportunity to learn about your actions and feel the peace and tranquility that are present in the essence of each individual. In a supportive environment, you will explore your inner space, listen carefully and illuminate it with love.
