Challenges of the restoration of the St. John's side altar. St. John of Nepomuk in the Church Of Our Lady of the assumption in Spodnja Idrija
Mateja Ocepek , sculptor and restorer, who restored the altar in the church, will give us a first-hand approach to the restoration process.
When: Wednesday, 7. in October 2026, at 18: 00.
Where: in the old elementary school Spodnja Idrija (Multipurpose Room, 1. floor right)
Immediately after completing the lecture, we will go together to the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, where we will also be able to see the altar live.
